Welcome to SCOPE. These terms are the ground rules for using our website and joining our programs. We have kept them short and in plain language, because they should be easy to understand — not just easy to agree to. By using this site or enrolling with us, you are accepting what is written below, so please take a moment to read it.
SCOPE (Sumago Center Of Practical Excellence) is the training and skill-development brand of Sumago Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a government-recognised company based in Nashik and Pune, Maharashtra. Wherever these terms say “we”, “us” or “SCOPE”, we mean Sumago Infotech Pvt. Ltd. operating the SCOPE brand.
You are welcome to browse, read and share our pages. In return, we ask that you use the site fairly — please do not try to disrupt it, access it in unlawful ways, or copy and republish our content as your own.
The information here is for general guidance. Course details, dates, fees and inclusions are always confirmed with you directly before you enrol — so if something on the site and something we tell you in writing ever differ, the written details you receive at enrolment are the ones that apply.
The text, design, logos and material on this site belong to SCOPE / Sumago Infotech, unless stated otherwise. The names and logos of accrediting bodies, partner companies and other third parties belong to their respective owners, and appear only to show our recognitions and associations.
You are welcome to link to our pages. If you would like to reproduce our content elsewhere, please ask us first — we are usually happy to say yes.
When you enrol, we share the full details of your program in writing — what is covered, the schedule, the mode of delivery and the fee. Any instalment or EMI arrangement is agreed with you before your batch begins.
Unless we clearly state otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, and applicable taxes are added as required by law.
If we postpone or cancel a program, we will work with you to reschedule or arrive at a fair resolution.
Any refund, transfer or cancellation is handled according to the specific policy we share with you at the time of enrolment. If anything about it is unclear, please ask us before you pay — we would much rather set the right expectation upfront than leave you guessing.
Certificates are awarded to learners who meet the completion criteria for their program — which may include attendance, assessments and project work. You can check the authenticity of a SCOPE certificate on our Verify Certificate page.
A certificate reflects the training a learner has completed. It is not a licence, and it is not an endorsement beyond that.
We are proud of our placement support — resume building, mock interviews, referrals and introductions to hiring partners — and we put genuine effort into it.
At the same time, we want to be honest with you: this is dedicated support, not a guarantee of a job. Your outcome also depends on your own performance and effort, and on the job market at the time. We will do our part, and we ask you to do yours.
Our site may link to other websites — for example, accrediting bodies or partners. We include these to be helpful, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
We take real care in what we teach and publish, but we cannot promise that the website or its information will always be perfect, current or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, SCOPE / Sumago Infotech is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses arising from use of this site or reliance on the general information on it. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have that cannot be limited under law.
As our programs and the law evolve, we may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them or to our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra.
